<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve with a pilot function which includes a main valve element having a pilot port and a sub valve element that opens and closes the pilot port by relative movement with respect to the main valve element in a predetermined range, and in which upon assembling the sub valve element and the main valve element relative to each other so as to regulate a relative moving distance of the valves elements, the assembling work is facilitated and which can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 90 is formed in one of the main valve element 78 and the sub valve element 79, and an insertion part 91 is formed in the other valve element. A ring 98 that can elastically deform so as to expand or contract is attached to an annular groove 97 formed on one of the inner circumference of the recessed part 90 and the outer circumference of the insertion part 91. An engaging projection 99, which climbs over the ring 98 when the insertion part 91 is inserted and assembled into the recessed part 90, is formed to protrude on the other of the inner circumference of the recessed part 90 and the outer circumference of the insertion part 91. When the sub valve element 79 moves to the side to open the pilot port 80, the engaging projection 99 engages with the ring 98 after the pilot port 80 is opened, to move the main valve element 78 toward a valve opening position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
