<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, apparatus and method for detection of a moving body position and a computer program capable of quickly and accurately detecting a moving body position after turning right or left. <P>SOLUTION: When it is detected that a vehicle turns right or left at a branch point, it is determined whether or not a crosswalk is recognized by a highly accurate location system (S14).
