A pipe wrench includes jaws (2) and a handle portion (1). The handle portion includes an outer shell (11) disposed outside and an extension body (12) encircled by the outer shell. A first (121) end of the extension body extends into interior of the outer shell. A second end (122) of the extension body is connected to the jaws. The outer shell and the extension body are not rotatable relative to each other. The handle portion further includes a locking element (13) encircling the second end of the extension body. The locking element is also connected to the outer shell. The extension body is not rotatable relative to the locking element. The extension body is extendable out of the outer shell but not retractable back to the outer shell when the locking element is in a locked position. The extension body is extendable out of the outer shell and retractable back to the outer shell when the locking element is in an unlocked position. The length of the handle portion of pipe wrench according to the present disclosure is freely adjustable within a predetermined range, thus making the pipe wrench convenient to use. |
