The present invention relates to a method for analysing sports-compatibility comprising the steps of: (A) selecting key psychosomatic development elements that have high relevance to each sport or sport position taking account of the psychosomatic development elements of major athletes in each different sport or in each different sport position; (B) classifying the key psychosomatic development elements selected through step (A) according to pre-determined classification criteria and grouping the classified key psychosomatic development elements; (C) averaging values of the key psychosomatic development elements included in the respective groups and setting the same as a main reference value; (D) acquiring psychosomatic development elements of a measurement target; (E) classifying and grouping the psychosomatic development elements of the measurement target acquired through step (D) according to the classification criteria and calculating a measurement target capacity value by averaging the psychosomatic development elements of the measurement target included in each group; and (F) comparing the main reference value with the measurement target capacity value and calculating a sports-compatibility depending on the similarity thereof. |
