The present invention relates to a traffic signal controlling device and, more specifically, to an improved traffic signal controlling device having a warning function for warning drivers driving vehicles to prevent collision. Especially, the traffic signal controlling device is capable of preventing casualties by enabling drivers to recognize by indicating that a police officer directly and manually manipulates a traffic signal controller, preventing vehicle accidents by informing a signal system change to enable drivers to deal with the same in advance, and securing a pedestrian space for pedestrians to the utmost. The traffic signal controlling device includes a supporter (110) formed by placing concrete and a controller protective container (120) formed on the top surface of the supporter (110), having a hollow rectangular frame, the inner traffic signal controller (200), an attachable informing plate (121) on one side of at least one surface among the four surfaces of the rectangular frame. |
