The present invention relates to a Z-pinning device using a push pin, which is configured to insert a Z-pin into a prepreg laminate. Specifically, the Z-pinning device comprises: a lower mold that allows the prepreg laminate to be mounted on an upper side thereof and is made of an iron plate; an upper mold that is mounted on an upper side of the prepreg laminate, is made of aluminum, and includes a plurality of pin holes into which the Z-pins are inserted; the push pin that is placed on the top of the Z-pin, which is inserted into the pin hole of the upper mold, and is made of iron; and an ultrasonic gun that pushes the push pin into the pin hole to insert the Z-pin into the prepreg laminate. Therefore, a process of inserting the Z-pin to reinforce inter-layer physical properties of the prepreg laminate is very simple and easy. |
