PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which efficiently radiates heat generated by a protection circuit to the exterior of the battery pack and thereby inhibits temperature rise of the protection circuit.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 includes: a unit cell 10; a circuit board 20 disposed adjacent to the unit cell; and a cover 30 which covers at least the circuit board. A contact 22 having zero potential is provided on the circuit board. The contact is exposed in an opening 33 formed at the cover so as to contact with a device storing the battery pack and conduct heat thereto. |
