PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a B2B (Batch to Batch) control system excellent in practicality and generality than ever before.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a cascade control execution part 5 achieving a PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controller for controlling a batch cooling crystallization process; a model storage part 1 for storing a crystallization process model; a control parameter adjustment part 4 for adjusting a control parameter of the PID controller using a transfer function model and a control parameter setting rule; a target value change amount calculation unit 60 for calculating a time pattern of a change amount of a refrigerant inlet temperature target value so that a crystallization temperature is equal to a desired crystallization temperature target value by a feedforward compensation rule; a feedforward control execution part 3 for executing feed forward compensation using the change amount of the refrigerant inlet temperature target value; and an undershoot suppression part 7 for slowing a change speed of the crystallization temperature target value in a certain period of time before and after a switching time switching the crystallization temperature target value. |
