PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of control delay by properly setting an interval time when activating a plurality of actuation motor-operated valves sequentially without overlapping.SOLUTION: When a pre-action valve control board 34 determines a prescribed activating condition, it activates and controls a plurality of actuation motor-operated valves 24-1-24-n after an interval time that avoids overlapping of operations and operates them sequentially at an opening position. The pre-action valve control board 34 activates the plurality of actuation motor-operated valves 24-1-24-n sequentially, measures operation times between a fully opening position and a fully closed position, detects the maximum operation time among them, and sets the interval time that is determined based on the maximum operation time. |
