PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharger for an aerosol container, which has various cover members attached to a common stationary platen and which is excellent in workability when a cover is removed, and an aerosol device.SOLUTION: A discharger D comprises: a nozzle 10 mounted on a stem 4 of an aerosol container 1; a stationary platen 20 fixed on a mounting cup 3 of the aerosol container 1; a guide 30 mounted on the stationary platen 20; and a cover member 40 mounted on the guide 30. The guide member 30 includes: a first engaging part 33 made to engage with the inner side of the stationary platen 20 through an opening 25 formed in the stationary platen 20; and a second engaging part 34 made to engage with the inner side of the cover 40 through the inner side of the cover 40. The cover 40 includes: a pressure part 43 capable of pushing the second engaging part 34 of the guide 30 inward at a position upper than its engaging position; and an operation part 46 for pushing down the nozzle 10. |
