PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which holds lubrication oil, used for lubricating a contact part between a rotor and a vibrator, within the rotor.SOLUTION: A vibration actuator 101 includes: a roller 1; a vibrator 2 contacting with the roller 1; a piezoelectric element 3 causing the vibrator 2 to vibrate; and a preload member 8 placing the roller 1 in compressive contact with the vibrator 2. The roller 1 is molded by a porous member having a number of pores and holds lubrication oil in the pores. A coating is performed on side surfaces 1ab and 1bb and inner peripheral surfaces 1ad and 1bd of the roller 1. |
