PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device and an electronic apparatus having a compact housing and stable communication through an effective use of a magnetic shield effect by a metal plate, irrespective of an internal structure of mobile equipment, relationship with another component, etc.SOLUTION: The antenna device includes an antenna coil 12 obtained by dividing a loop antenna 11 into one side part and the other side part along an end part of a magnetic sheet 110, adhered to an inner wall surface of a metal substance 111 disposed on a far position from an opposite external equipment antenna 121. The one side part of the loop antenna 11 faces the magnetic sheet 110, and the other side part of the loop antenna 11 faces the metal substance 111 disposed at the far position. |
