<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately confirm presence from information of a portable terminal and a computer terminal utilized by a user in a free address office environment. <P>SOLUTION: A presence confirmation system is provided with arithmetic processing means for confirming presence by computer processing, including: a utilization information acquisition part 12a for acquiring utilization information of a computer terminal; a first determination part 12b for determining whether or not the computer terminal is being utilized on the basis of the utilization information; a utilization AP information acquisition part 12c for acquiring utilization AP information; a present seat AP information acquisition part 12d for acquiring present seat AP information; a second determination part 12e for determining that a portable terminal is at a present seat when the utilization AP information and the present seat AP information match; and a presence determination part 12f for determining that an object user is present at the seat when it is determined that the computer terminal is being utilized in the first determination part 12b and it is determined that the portable terminal is present at the present seat in the second determination part 12e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
