<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that enables reduction in heat loss generated during an operation of an air-conditioner while performing ventilation continuously.SOLUTION: A ventilation control device 21 controls the state of air in a first space by controlling at least one of a first exhaust system 57 and a first air charging system 55 and controls the state of air in a second space by controlling at least one of a second exhaust system 57 and a second air charging system 55, on the basis of air-conditioning control information supplied from an air-conditioning control device 23. The ventilation control device 21 generates a pressure difference between the first space and the second space by controlling at least one of the first exhaust system 57, the second exhaust system 57, the first air charging system 55 and the second air charging system 55 while maintaining total exhaust amount of an exhaust facility 37 and total air charging amount of an air charging facility 35 at the same level before and after the control so as to control a flow of the air between the first space and the second space.</p> |
