<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a flow passage area of a communication flow passage formed in a stopper of a release valve device.SOLUTION: A scroll compressor includes: a compression mechanism part; a closed vessel; and a release valve device. The release valve device includes: a release flow passage 15A which is provided at a fixed scroll so as to allow a compression chamber 9 to communicate with a discharge pressure space 12; a release valve 15B which opens and closes the release flow passage; a valve presser body 15C which applies an elastic pressing force to the release valve; and a retainer 15D which restricts a moving range of the valve presser body. The release flow passage includes: a release hole 15a communicating with the compression chamber and a release valve chamber 15b. The valve presser body includes: a stopper 15c; and an elastic member 15d which generates the elastic pressing force. The stopper includes: a guide part 26; an elastic member holding part 33; and a communication flow passage 31. A cutout part 28 which communicates with the release valve chamber and the communication flow passage is formed at a guide part of the stopper.</p> |
