<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous columnar structure aggregate having high shearing adhesive force and high thermal conductivity, and a heat dissipation member using such fibrous columnar structure aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: The fibrous columnar structure aggregate includes a plurality of fibrous columnar structures.
