<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor capable of being miniaturized without depending on the thickness of a permanent magnet, and a driving system using the electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: An electric motor includes a yoke 5 that has a cylindrical part 53, two pairs of permanent magnets 7 that are disposed in an opposed manner on an inner peripheral surface 53a of the cylindrical part 53, and an armature 6 that is rotatably supported on a radial inside with respect to the permanent magnets 7. At least one pair of first flat parts 61 facing each other in the radial direction is formed in the cylindrical part 53, and the permanent magnets 7 are disposed in positions avoiding the first flat parts 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
