<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exposure of a patient, and to shorten a time of compressing a breast of the patient in a mammography apparatus.SOLUTION: A mammography apparatus 1 includes: second main photographing condition setting means 57 which acquires a difference between a current breast thickness related to current main photographing and a past breast thickness related to past main photographing for the same subject, and sets parameters of current main photographing conditions related to the current main photographing by correcting parameters of past main photographing conditions related to the past main photographing in accordance with the difference; and main photographing means 58 which performs the current main photographing on a breast by controlling a photographing stand device 11 in accordance with the current main photographing conditions and generates a main image.</p> |
