<p>To achieve downsizing of a power unit and the vicinity thereof by permitting compact axial arrangement in a straddle-ride type vehicle on which the power unit having a twin-clutch type transmission is mounted, the transmission having a pair of main shafts with respective different axes and corresponding clutches. One (a second main axis C4) of respective axial centers (main axes C3, C4) of main shafts (31, 32) is disposed on one (above) of the sides with respect to a line (a second inclined line SL2) and the other (a first main axis C3) is disposed on the other side (below), the line (the second inclined line SL2) connecting an axial center (a counter axis C5) of the counter shaft (35) with an axial center (a pivot axis C7) of a pivot shaft (27), as viewed in side elevation from the axial direction of the shafts (31, 32, 35).</p> |
