<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligomer used to obtain an inorganic particle hardly causing agglomeration in a hydrophilic solvent and exhibiting excellent dispersibility. <P>SOLUTION: The oligomer has a structure represented by chemical formula, with the number-average molecular weight in a range of 500-10,000, wherein, in the formula, R<SB POS="POST">F</SB>represents C<SB POS="POST">n</SB>F<SB POS="POST">2n+1</SB>(1≤n≤15); x and y are numbers satisfying x:y=1:99 to 60:40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
