A storage battery charge/discharge planning device comprises a determination device and a decision device. The determination device determines the economic efficiency of charging/discharging of a storage battery according to: a first sale price of electricity in a first time slot obtained by dividing one day into predetermined time slots; a second sale price of electricity in a second time slot obtained by dividing one day into the predetermined time slots but different from the first time slot; and a charging/discharging efficiency of the storage battery. The decision device decides a charging/discharging plan of the storage battery in the first and second time slots on the basis of the determination result of the determination device.
