A device and method for classifying data and a system for collecting data using the same are disclosed. The data classification method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: grouping vectors by reflecting degrees of class association with respect to a plurality of pieces of data to be classified including a vector including the degree of class association and at least one property value; labeling the plurality of pieces of data to be classified according to the grouping result; and generating a classification model by using the labeled data to be classified.
