Disclosed is a method for preparing a nano-membrane from edible and medical fungi comprising the steps of slant culture, seed culture, enlarging culture and generation of a nano-material. The nano-membrane produced from fungi can be synthesized directly by microorganisms, and has a uniform structure, controllable morphology, and a short synthesizing period, and is suitable for enlarging production. The nano-membrane produced from fungi comprises two components, β-glucan and chitin, wherein the β-glucan can totally activate the human immune system, activate macrophages and neutrophilic granulocyte, resist diseases caused by microorganisms, and stimulate the non-specific immunity of the host for the curing of tumour, infectious diseases and trauma, and the chitin also has a good anti-microbial effect. The nano-membrane produced from fungi has good hygroscopicity and breathability, has an antimicroorganism and anti-inflammation effect, and can promote wound healing and be used as an artificial skin, it is naturally degradable and has an evident three dimensional spacial reticular structure, so that it can act as a slow release material in conjunction with drugs for use in the medical care field. |
