The present invention relates to a fuel rail assembly which is easy to be welded to an injector cup as a welding area with respect to the injector cup is reduced and a bridge is designed to have a small volume, and an assembling method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel rail assembly may comprise: a fuel rail having a plurality of fuel inlets to supply a fuel to a plurality of fuel injectors; the injector cup connected and joined to the fuel rail through a fuel inlet; a fuel injector connected to the fuel rail and the injector cup, and joined to one side of the injector cup; and a mounting holder joined to the fuel rail and the injector cup, and has a bridge on the joint to the injector cup to be welded to the injector cup, wherein the vertical length of the bridge decrease towards the injector cup.
