The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of liquid and solid type edible salt containing an organic mineral mixture and concentration solution of unripe apricot, comprising a pure salt concentrated-water extracting process of dissolving salt in water to saturated state, mixing the salt water with charcoal powders in the volume ratio of 4 to 1, agitating and filtering the same, thereby removing toxicity and obtaining pure salt water. The manufacturing method of liquid and solid type edible salt comprises a step of melting water in halite and natural salt, completely removing toxic and harmful ingredients of salt and obtaining pure salt water. |
