The filter element (30) further includes an end plate and a pocket (36) defining a port (54) extending from the end plate into the central reservoir (55). The pocket (36) includes an inner wall (56), an outer wall (57), and a plurality of projections (59) extending from the outer wall (57) of the pocket (36) toward the interior sidewall (62) of the center tube (32).
