<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline cellulase which has higher restaining-preventing ability. <P>SOLUTION: The mutated alkaline cellulase includes an amino acid sequence wherein one or more amino acid residues selected from amino acid residues at a specific position are substituted with other amino acid residues, in a specific amino acid sequence or in a specific amino acid sequence of alkaline cellulase having an identify of ≥70% to the amino acid sequence.
