PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which makes a control part dust-proof, water-proof, and rust-proof with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A cover 50 includes a cover body 51 which is formed into a cylindrical part so that one end thereof extends to a first frame 30 in an axial direction of a stator 11 and covers a control part 20. A lid part 60 is provided at a side of the control part 20 which is opposite to the motor part 10 so as to close the other end of the cover body 51 at the inner side of the cover body 51. A seal member 71 is formed into an annular shape and is provided compressed between the lid part 60 and the other end of the cover body 51. A seal member 72 is formed into an annular shape and is provided compressed in a direction different from a compression direction of the seal member 71 between the first frame 30 and one end of the cover body 51. An engagement part and a claw part fix the cover 50 and the first frame 30 to each other in a state where the seal member 71 and the seal member 72 are compressed. |
