<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, process cartridge, and image forming apparatus with which a toner fused on a wall on the upstream side of a developer regulation member can be removed with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A wire-like member 41 (cleaning member) is brought into slide contact with an upstream-side wall surface 23d12 of a doctor blade 23d (developer regulation member), which intersects a surface 23d11 of the doctor blade 23d opposite to a developing roller 23a on the upstream side, so as to clean the upstream side wall surface 23d12, and is installed movably in a width direction.</p> |
