<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the occurrence of a mark, the coming-out of a warp yarn, and fiber loss in a batt fiber layer in a papermaking felt with warp yarns and weft yarns each made of a monofilament.SOLUTION: A papermaking felt 1 includes: a base fabric 2 including warp yarns 4 and weft yarns 5 interwoven with each other; and a batt fiber layer 3 subjected to needling on the base fabric. The warp yarns are each a monofilament and are arranged in two layers or three layers. The weft yarns are each a monofilament having a diameter of 50% or more and 75% or less of the diameter of the warp yarn. The adjacent two or three of the weft yarns form a set. The weft yarns in the set are arranged parallel to each other and are interwoven with the warp yarns in the same woven structure. The weft yarns are arranged in one layer or two layers.</p> |
