<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition used for producing a decorative material that can achieve a strong adhesion, a good durability, and a good designability.SOLUTION: Provided is a primer composition comprising: a curative agent having at least one functional group selected from an isocyanate group and a carbodiimide group, that is applied on the surface of the melamine-containing layer included on the surface of a decorative material, that is used for forming a primer layer on the surface of the melamine-containing layer, and that is used for forming an ink layer by applying an ink comprising an acrylic compound having polymerizable unsaturated group on a part or the whole of the surface of the primer layer that is in an incomplete state of curing, and curing the ink; and a main agent having a plurality of functional groups capable of cross-link reacting with the curing agent.</p> |
