<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stencil paper, which is wound around a plate cylinder, from shifting or falling out from a clamp plate, even when plural stencil papers are printed.SOLUTION: A stencil printer 1 performs printing in such manner that after a stencil paper 5, in which a porous fiber layer and a thermoplastic film layer are laminated, is plate-made, the stencil paper is so wound around a plate cylinder 11 that the porous fiber layer becomes a reverse surface side. The printer includes: a clamp plate 13 which is clamp means for clamping a clamp region at a tip of the stencil paper 5; and a plate-making part 3 which functions as clamp region processing means which so performs processing that the porous fiber layer existing on a lower layer side of the thermoplastic film layer is appeared in the clamp region at the tip of the stencil paper 5 clamped by the clamp plate 13.</p> |
