<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation rail with travel hanging bands which, in a disaster such as an earthquake, a fire, moves down with the gravity along the inclination of stairs in order to safely and quickly evacuate a physically disabled person such as an elderly people, a handicapped person who depends on a wheelchair or the like from a high-level floor to a low-level floor.SOLUTION: Constantly, a rail (1) is laid along the inclination of the stairs and a hanger (3) with hanging bands (10) is housed in the vicinity of a platform of the stairs. In emergency, the hanger (3) is inserted into the rail (1) and the bands (10) are fixed to a wheelchair of an evacuating person to move down. This allows safe and quick evacuation from the high-level floor to the low-level floor without motive power.</p> |
