<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively make a pattern, a character or the like appear when having become wet with water while making a coaster having a function of making the pattern, the character or the like appear on the surface when having become wet with water easier-to-produce and suppliable at low cost.SOLUTION: A coaster includes: a surface layer 3 made of substantially white paper; a second layer 4 lapped over the surface layer 3, and made of paper having a color of lower brightness than the surface layer 3; and a substantially white ink layer 6 formed on a part of the surface layer 3 by printing. When the surface layer 3 has become wet with water, the color of the second layer 4 is seen through from a portion not formed with the ink layer 6 of the surface layer 3.</p> |
