<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module in which the connection terminals of each single cell and the periphery thereof can be cooled reliably while insulating the conduction part including the connection terminals of a plurality of single cells from the outside, and which can supply a required power by exhibiting the performance of each single cell to the maximum. <P>SOLUTION: The battery module comprises a plurality of single cells arranged so that the connection terminals for the positive electrode and the negative electrode are located on the upper side. A frame portion surrounding the connection terminals for the positive electrode and negative electrode of a plurality of single cells, and a battery cover covering the upper surface of the single cells are provided. External ventilation portions penetrating in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction are formed in the frame portion at the positions of the parts facing each other. An upper flow path which conducts cooling gas between the battery cover and the single cell is formed in a state where the battery cover is arranged on the frame portion and the upper surface of the single cells is covered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
