<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography apparatus and a radiography system capable of reducing the waiting time before radiography if a request for radiography comes while a calibration process is implemented. <P>SOLUTION: The radiography apparatus includes: a defective pixel information holding part for holding positional information of defective pixels included in a radiation detector; a region dividing part for dividing a radiation image into a plurality of processing regions; and a process implementing part for setting the frequency of implementing the calibration process for a processing region with no defective pixels to be lower than the frequency for a processing region including defective pixels, and sequentially implementing the calibration process for the respective processing regions. The defective pixel information holding part updates positional information of defective pixels according to positional information of new defective pixels obtained by implementing the calibration process. The region dividing part further divides the processing region including the new defective pixels based on the updated positional information of defective pixels into two processing regions or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
