<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker in which a fan for exhausting smoke generated in a grill chamber is arranged outside an exhaust duct. <P>SOLUTION: The fan 81 is not arranged in the exhaust duct 70 but installed in a fan unit 104 outside the exhaust duct 70.
