<p>The invention provides an adhesive excellent in coating, transparency, non foamability, non stripping, non whitening, corrosion resistance, adhesive property, and step increment embedding performance of such as a circuit. The adhesive consists of a composition containing a copolymer (X) and a polyisocyanate type curing agent (Y), wherein the copolymer (X) is formed by copolymerizing monomers and the monomer contains: 0.1-10 wt% of a monomer (A) at least containing a functional group reacted with isocyanate group; 0.1-10 wt% of a monomer (B) containing amino group; 1-15 wt% of a monomer (C) containing amido bond; and other monomers (D) copolymerized with the above monomers, wherein the functional groups of the copolymer (X) substantially do not contain carboxyl group.</p> |
