<p>Provided are a joint scheduling method and apparatus, which relate to the field of wireless communications and can ensure that adjacent access points can simultaneously perform normal communication. The method comprises: acquiring, by a first access point, information about a sector currently used by a second access point, and determining, by the first access point, the sector currently used by the second access point according to the information, wherein the second access point is an access point which has the same frequency as and has an overlapped coverage range with the first access point; determining, by the first access point, a sector to be currently used by itself according to the sector currently used by the second access point so that interference between the determined sector and the sector currently used by the second access point can be less than a preset value; and communicating, by the first access point, with a station thereof using the determined sector. The present invention is used for wireless local area network communication.</p> |
