摘要 The present invention relates to a method to increase a reduction rate of a direct reduced iron (DRI) in a fine particle extraction (FINEX) process and, more specifically, relates to a method to increase the reduction rate of DRI in the FINEX process comprising: a step of reducing a carbon dioxide content contained in a reduction gas inputted into a FINEX fluidized reduction furnace; and a step of inputting the reduction gas wherein the carbon dioxide content is reduced into the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace, limiting the carbon dioxide content with respect to 100% of the reduction gas to 3% by volume or less. According to the present invention, the reduction rate of the DRI in the FINEX process is increased by limiting the carbon dioxide content contained in the reduction gas inputted into the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace. More specifically, a CO_2 PSA device required to remove carbon dioxide contained in FINEX off gas (FOG) during an existing FINEX process is not necessary. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of reducing the costs of molten iron by reducing expenses for a reducing agent.
