The present invention provides a clamp which secures a process yield by preventing the separation of a thermally bonded lower film during an exfoliation process and prevents various defects caused by organic particles from a laser thermal transfer film. The clamp comprises: a first surface; a second surface facing the first surface; and a third surface to connect the tip end of first and second surfaces together.
