According to the present invention, a system for verifying a chronic heart disease prediction model may include: a training set storage unit that stores a training set consisting of input and output variables, which are selected from raw data and are planned to be applied to a chronic heart disease prediction modeling device; a test set storage unit that stores a test set consisting of input and output variables, which are selected from raw data and are planned to be applied to verify effectiveness of the chronic heart disease prediction modeling device; and an effectiveness determination unit. The effectiveness determination unit compares a risk rate of chronic heart disease, which is a result value obtained by applying the input variables of the test set stored in the test set storage unit to the chronic heart disease prediction modeling device, with occurrence of the heart disease included in an actual test set; calculates sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy; and then verifies effectiveness of the chronic heart disease prediction modeling device. |
