PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photon-counting type X-ray CT (Computer-aided Tomography) apparatus and a synchronization program, allowing for generation of a CT image by combining two systems.SOLUTION: The photon-counting type X-ray CT apparatus of the present embodiment includes a first control part, and a second control part. The first control part controls collection timing of first projection data collected in a first CT sub system on the basis of a second signal having a low frequency compared to a frequency of a first signal generated on the basis of rotation of a rotary gantry. The second control part generates a third signal having a lower frequency than the frequency of the first signal and a higher frequency than the frequency of the second signal on the basis of a ratio between the frequency of the first signal and the frequency of the second signal, and controls collection timing of second projection data collected in a second CT sub system on the basis of the generated third signal. |
