PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device, a lens unit, and an imaging device, capable of frictionally engaging a moving member with a drive shaft by a small number of components, and of achieving miniaturization.SOLUTION: A drive device 10 comprises: a moving member 4; an actuator 3; and a substantially-rectangular holding member 2 having four corner parts 2a to 2d. An engaging member 6 comprises a metal engaging member main body 7 having a drive bearing part 71, and a metal band-like elastic body 8 having elasticity. The elastic body 8 has a pressing part 81 at one end, and has a coupling part 82 fixedly coupled the engaging member main body at the other end, and has an arm part 83 adding an elastic force to the pressing part 6, between the pressing part 81 and the coupling part 82. The arm part 83 is arranged so as to be extended from the first corner part 2a to the adjacent second corner part 2b. |
