PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of suppressing deterioration of a resistor connected to a sense transistor and a sense diode.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a transistor; a diode connected in reverse parallel to the transistor; a sense transistor for generating sense current in response to current flowing through the transistor; a sense diode for generating sense diode current in response to current flowing through the diode; a resistor having an edge connected to an emitter of the sense transistor and an anode of the sense diode, and the other edge connected to an emitter of the transistor and an anode of the diode; and a clamp circuit for clamping voltage generated in the resistor when the sense diode current flows. A ratio of the sense diode current to the current flowing through the diode, is larger than a ratio of the sense current to the current flowing through the transistor. |
