PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door opening and closing device which can improve accuracy of both axial lines of first and second clutches.SOLUTION: A vehicular door opening and closing device includes: one support shaft 46 which is supported by a drum cover 42 and a rocking housing 43 with both ends; a worm wheel part 45a through which the support shaft 46 is inserted and which is rotationally driven by a motor; a drum 23 which performs opening and closing actuation of the slide door by moving a cable in accordance with the rotation around the axial line of the support shaft 46; an output lever 37 which turns a door lock into the holding state of the slider door or turns the door lock into the holding release state of the slide door in accordance with the rotation around the axial line of the support shaft 46; a first clutch C1 through which the support shaft 46 is inserted and which connects and disconnects the rotation transmission between the worm wheel part 45a and the drum 23; a second clutch C2 through which the support shaft 46 is inserted and which connects and disconnects the rotation transmission between the worm wheel part 45a and the output lever 37. |
