PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an operating rate of an electric car.SOLUTION: A processor of a management device executes: a selection procedure which selects an electric car charged with electricity for allowing the vehicle to move from a first point on a route, from a start point to an arrival point, excluding the arrival point, to a second point which is located closer to the arrival point on the route and to be reached next, from among an electric car group located in the first point; a setting procedure which sets a recommendation degree of the electric car, on the basis of the amount of electricity charged to the electric vehicle selected by the selection procedure; and an output procedure which outputs the recommendation degree sets by the setting procedure. |
