PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase versatility and reduce various types of cost.SOLUTION: An electric connection box 1 with a built-in electronic control unit comprises: an electric connection box 2 as a semi-assy component; a control board 40 installed to the electric connection box 2; and a cover part 50 which is attached to an upper surface side of the electric connection unit 2 and covers the control board 40. A substrate attaching part 16 which is provided to an upper case housing 12 of a case part 10 of the electric connection unit 2 is formed in a flat shape which has no peripheral wall at least in portions of facing two sides. The cover part 50 has: connector attaching parts 51 which are formed in an open state on an upper surface side and in which connector parts 42 provided on the control board 40, which is connected with an external connector of an external circuit, are arranged; and a peripheral wall part 52 which is formed in an extended manner from side end parts to a downward direction so as to surround and cover an outer peripheral side of the control board 40 and fixed to peripheral wall insertion parts 10a of the case part 10.
