<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device which can continue, for example, the grip of a work at power interruption, and can easily perform a continuous operation continued from a power interruption state at the recovery of the power interruption.SOLUTION: An actuator device comprises: an actuator which performs a series of operations composed of one or a plurality of unit operation units; a control device for controlling the actuator; a power supply for supplying power to the actuator and the control device; and an uninterruptible power supply device which detects power interruption, and supplies power to the actuator and the control] device in place of the power supply. The control device performs control for making the actuator operate until a unit operation unit which is in operation in the power interruption is finished, making the actuator wait for the recovery of the power supply in that state, and making the actuator perform a continuous operation continuous from a succeeding unit operation unit at the recovery of the power supply.</p> |
