PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet capable of eliminating lamination deviation by enhancing adhesion between a conductor layer and a ceramic green sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite sheet 11 that includes a ceramic green sheet 13 having a length direction and a conductor film 14 printed on the ceramic green sheet 13. The conductor film 14 has a longer direction extending in the length direction and a shorter direction orthogonal to the longer direction, and the conductor film 14 is provided with a plurality of regions of different thickness 14b which are dispersedly arranged along the length direction to be in columns extending in the length direction, and different in thickness from the remaining part 14a.
